Return Policy

Overview

Each Common Form piece is made to order. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@shopcommonform.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@shopcommonform.com. Include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are not required to be returned once the claim has been approved.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct before placing your order.

Common Form is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned or requires reshipping due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply.
