Each Common Form piece is made to order. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

We recommend reviewing sizing carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to help.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll help guide you through the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified for a full refund shortly after being placed.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order requires reshipping, additional shipping fees may apply.
