Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. During periods of higher demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We always aim to prepare and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible without compromising quality.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer both standard and express shipping options at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery within 7–9 business days after your order has shipped
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped

Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and you have received your shipping confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may take time to scan and register your shipment. If tracking has not updated after a few days, feel free to reach out and we’ll assist you.

Shipping Delays

While most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order requires reshipping, additional shipping fees may apply.
